Wine Cellar By glass, carafe or the bottle…. The hotel owner, Hervé Buisson, proposes a wine menu that focuses around a theme developed by each of the wine producers. These are wines of character, like their makers. They may be moody but always expressive. Mr. BUISSON, who follows their evolution, has had the occasion to meet various winemakers and discovered a certain complicity in their wine. His pleasure, his passion, is to share and discover those bottles.
